David James signs with HO

David James will now be wearing HO gloves as from the start of this season.

HO are proud to confirm the signing of one of the Premier League's top keepers - David James of Portsmouth F.C. The England squad keeper and Premiership clean sheet record holder has joined forces with goalkeeper HO goalkeeping specialist brand .

James last week was re-called to the England squad to face Germany in a show piece friendly at Wembley next Wednesday. Team-mate Sol Campbell has also earned a recall, with James' last England outing coming against Jamaica last June.
The veteran stopper has hit form since he joined Pompey last season, and has earned praise from all quarters for his fine displays, with many calling for the 37 year old to be restored to the national side.
