Robbos Spurs future in the balance

England & Tottenham's Paul Robinson's future at Spurs has been thrown into doubt after he was dropped from last nights Carling Cup semi-final draw with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
Spurs manager Juande Ramos opted for Radek Cerny instead of England keeper Robinson, prompting reports of an argument between the two men before last nights game.
After the game Ramos insisted he dropped Robinson to give Cerny a opportunity in goal.

Although the Spaniard has said nothing should be read into his decision to relegate Robinson, he could keep faith in Czech keeper Cerny for Saturday's visit to Stamford Bridge.

"We haven't decided yet if he (Robinson) will play on Saturday," said Ramos. "He is a good goalkeeper which he has demonstrated with his career so far, we all know what a good goalkeeper he is. "There are 24-25 players in the squad and they all have to play at some point and make the most of the minutes they have on the pitch.
"All of the players are important, all are considered and I choose who I think is best for each match. Only 11 can play."
Robinson's form has taken a significant dip this season, having made several high-profile errors for club and country.
The latest occurred in Tottenham's 2-2 draw with Reading in the FA Cup third round encounter.
The 28-year-old caught Stephen Hunt's free-kick but carried it over the goalline to give the visitors the lead.
