Ben is at the moment making great progress in his come back from injury and hopes to be back playing again soon.

Ben joined Manchester United from Stoke City in July 2005, before making a single first-team appearance at the Britannia Stadium. He was then sent out on loan to Watford. Ben was a vital part of the Hornets' promotion to the Premiership, and repaid the faith shown in him by Adrian Boothroyd during an incredible season at Vicarage Road.On 26 May 2006, Ben capped a remarkable season when he was called on to the England standby list for the World Cup.Ben agreed to remain on-loan at Watford for the 2006/7 season and had a wonderful season, Ben was soon handed a England call up by the then England manger Steve Mclaren where Ben played the full 90 minutes in a friendly V Spain at Villa Park.
